"I hobbled into my very first session of pilates on crutches after a triple ankle fracture and a week lying immobile in bed. I've since had one-to-one sessions twice a week for six weeks with Danile and Zsolt. The quality of instruction has been second to none with both instructors showing great patience (my co-ordination is terrible at times). Most important weve also found lots of time for laughter! Last week I saw my surgeon who had opperated on my ankle and he was most impressed with the speed of my recovery. I know Pilates has played a key role in rebalancing and strenthening my whole body and I'm now hooked. I'll definitely be keeping it up."
