Private - One-on-one Pilates workouts for new clients and those wanting to focus on a specific aspect of their workout. Lessons combine mat and apparatus work.
Duets - These private Pilates sessions combining mat and apparatus work are for you and a friend under supervision from an instructor.
Tower Workout - is for a group of 4 people. You are taken through a full mat class supplemented by work on a peice of apparatus known as the Cadillac. There is a huge advantage to be gained by using the apparatus when learning and practicing Pilates, as its use speeds up the process of muscle tone and strengthening. We have seen much faster results since we introduced the Tower Workout. It is simple to use and a lot of fun. We run basic, intermediate and advanced classes. Most clients have had a minimum of 6 private sessions before joining a basic tower class.
